In 2018 Germany signed more than 115 bilateral agreements. In contrast, Germany signed just one multilateral treaty during that period. In addition, Germany signed numerous non-binding Memoranda of Understanding and Declarations of Intent. The following is an incomplete list compiled from public sources:
