Stefan Talmon is Professor of Public Law, Public International Law and European Union Law, and Director at the Institute of Public International Law at the University of Bonn. He is also a Supernumerary Fellow of St. Anne’s College, Oxford, and practices as a Barrister from 20 Essex Street, London. He is the editor of GPIL.

Mary Lobo is a final year law student at the University of Oxford. She also studied law at the University of Bonn, where she was a student research assistant at the Institute for Public International Law. She is assistant editor of GPIL.

Sandra Werther

Sandra Werther is a final year law student at the University of Bonn where she is also a student research assistant at the Institute for Public International Law. Anneliese Quast Mertsch is an Associate Legal Officer at the United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, the successor institution of the ICTR and ICTY. Previously she worked at the United Nations Compensation Commission.
