Stefan Talmon is Professor of Public Law, Public International Law and European Union Law, and Director at the Institute of Public International Law at the University of Bonn. He is also a Supernumerary Fellow of St. Anne’s College, Oxford, and practices as a Barrister from 20 Essex Street, London. He is the editor of GPIL.

Alisa Jones is assistant editor of GPIL and teaches on GPIL’s trans-disciplinary writing programme.

Philippe Allen is an undergraduate law student at the University of Oxford. He is currently on an Erasmus year at the University of Bonn where he is also a student research assistant at the Institute for Public International Law.

Benjamin Nussberger (LL.M. Columbia) is a doctoral candidate and research fellow at the University of Cologne. He is also editor at the Völkerrechtsblog and a regional coordinator for the digest of State practice for the Journal on the Use of Force and International Law.

Anneliese Quast Mertsch is an Associate Legal Officer at the United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, the successor institution of the ICTR and ICTY. Previously she worked at the United Nations Compensation Commission.

Mirjam Reiter studies law at the University of Bonn. She also studied at the University of Zurich and successfully participated in the 27. Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court.

 Dr. Christian Richter lectures in public international law at the General Staff College of the German Armed Forces (Hamburg) and in constitutional law at the University of Hamburg. He also practices law in the field of international transportation law.

Carl-Philipp Sassenrath is a PhD candidate at the Institute for Public International Law of the University of Bonn. He studied law in Heidelberg and Münster and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin.

Kristina Schönfeldt is a PhD candidate at the University of Bonn and a graduate research assistant at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. She is also a law clerk at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg.

Julia Wagner studied law in Heidelberg and Leiden. She is a research fellow and PhD candidate at the Chair for Public Law, Comparative Law, Law and Religion, and Public International Law of to Professor Antje von Ungern-Sternberg at the University of Trier.
